It is not good to be a drunk

If you live with a drunk

Learn how to watch his attitude

Like the weather systems

Know his moods

He could be laugh now only

To suddenly beat you so

Learn when to get out of sight

Know when he is in a generous

Mood and when he is angry and

Aggressive because a drunk is like

A piece of ceramic with a hairline

Crack; nothing could look for solid

Until it suddenly shatters

Know when he is passive and

Self-pitying because he is always

Sorry afterwards, really sorry

You may believe him because

You want to but they rarely change

And are prone to lying

With a drunk it is tricky

He is a singularly unimpressive

Specimen of humanity
